Information involved

Stripe processes checkout information. The assessment asks for contact, family, work, financial-range, schooling, timing, lifestyle and relocation information. Do not include passwords, card numbers or unnecessary identity documents.

How it is used

• To review your situation and prepare your report or strategy session.
• To contact you about the service you purchased and provide support.
• To understand aggregate website and checkout interest.
• To send relocation guidance and offer updates when you explicitly opt in.

The website records privacy-minimised first-party events such as page views, offer clicks, campaign tags, broad device type and whether the same browser has visited before. A random first-party browser identifier and a per-tab session identifier connect those events so aggregate visitor-to-lead journeys can be measured. It does not use an advertising cookie or store your name, email, IP address or questionnaire answers in this website analytics record.

If you request the free readiness checklist, the website stores your email, consent status, broad device type, the browser/session identifiers and first- and latest-touch campaign/referrer tags in a separate lead record. It does not add your questionnaire answers or payment details to that record.
